Good questions
How big are the labels?
Standard labels are 2.47 × 0.85 in, 14 to a sheet, for jars and canisters. Small labels are 1.56 × 0.51 in, 30 to a sheet, made for spice jars. The sheet itself is 5.83 × 8.27 in.
What are they made of?
Glossy vinyl with a permanent adhesive, printed to order in the US. They wipe clean. Hand-wash labeled jars: the dishwasher will shorten their life.
When will my labels arrive?
Each sheet is printed in 2–5 business days, then ships free with tracking, usually 3–5 days in the US. The label studio shows an estimated delivery date before you order.
What if something is wrong with my sheet?
If a sheet arrives damaged, misprinted or different from your preview, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll reprint it free. Because every sheet is printed with your words, we can't take back a sheet that printed exactly as previewed, so check your spelling before you check out.
Do organizers ship with the labels?
Organizers ship straight from US partner brands, separately from your labels, each with its own tracking. They're 10% off whenever a label sheet is in your cart.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship to US addresses only while we launch.
