<p>This website is operated by Stockporter. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.</p>

<h2>Custom orders and your content</h2>
<p>Label sheets are printed with the words you enter. You confirm that you have the right to use that text and that it doesn't infringe anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights. We may decline or cancel an order that contains offensive, unlawful or infringing content; if we do, we'll refund you in full.</p>
<p>The preview in our label studio shows the words, style and layout that will print. Colors and finish can vary slightly from what you see on screen.</p>

<h2>Products and prices</h2>
<p>We try to describe every product accurately, but we don't guarantee that descriptions are error-free. Prices and promotions can change without notice, and we may correct pricing errors, including after an order is placed, in which case we'll offer you the corrected price or a full refund. Organizers are supplied and shipped by our partner brands.</p>

<h2>Orders</h2>
<p>We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household or order. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund the full amount.</p>

<h2>Shipping, returns and reprints</h2>
<p>Our <a href="/policies/shipping-policy">Shipping policy</a> and <a href="/policies/refund-policy">Refund policy</a> are part of these terms.</p>

<h2>Discounts</h2>
<p>Discount codes and automatic discounts can't be exchanged for cash. Codes like WELCOME10 are for first orders only, one per customer, and may be withdrawn at any time. Discounts apply as shown in your cart and at checkout.</p>

<h2>Reviews, photos and creator content</h2>
<p>If you send us photos, reviews or videos of your labels, or tag us on social media, you allow us to share them on our site and social channels with credit to you. Ask us any time and we'll remove them.</p>

<h2>Intellectual property</h2>
<p>The site's designs, label styles, text and images belong to Stockporter or our licensors. Your own words remain yours.</p>

<h2>Disclaimer and limitation of liability</h2>
<p>Labels are intended for household organization. Test a label on a small area before applying it to delicate or porous surfaces. To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and products are provided as is, and Stockporter's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.</p>

<h2>Governing law</h2>
<p>These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Stockporter is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.</p>

<h2>Changes</h2>
<p>We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place an order applies to that order.</p>
