<h2>Our reprint promise</h2>
<p>If a label sheet arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from the preview you approved (wrong words, style or size), email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll reprint it free or refund you, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send anything back.</p>

<h2>Custom label sheets</h2>
<p>Every sheet is printed with the words you choose, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for spelling in the words you entered. Please check each label in the preview before you check out. Spotted a typo after ordering? Email us within 2 hours and we'll fix it before your sheet prints.</p>

<h2>Organizers</h2>
<p>Unused organizers in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us to start a return and we'll send instructions; items go back to the partner brand that shipped them. Return shipping is free if the item arrived damaged or defective; otherwise it's paid by you. Organizers can be cancelled any time before they ship.</p>

<h2>Printables</h2>
<p>Digital products can't be returned once downloaded. If a file doesn't open or print correctly, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you.</p>

<h2>Refunds</h2>
<p>Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show it.</p>
