Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states and Washington DC. For APO/FPO addresses or US territories, email us before you order. We don't ship outside the US yet.

Label sheets: free shipping, printed to order

Shipping is free on every label sheet order. Each sheet is printed with your words after you order:

Printing: 2–5 business days.

Delivery: usually 3–5 business days after it ships, with tracking.

The estimated delivery date on the product page and at checkout is our best estimate. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your sheet ships.

Organizers

Organizers ship directly from our US partner brands, separately from your labels, with their own tracking. Shipping costs and delivery estimates for organizers are shown at checkout before you pay.

Printables

Digital products are delivered by email right after checkout. Nothing ships.

Changes and cancellations

Need to fix a word? Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll update your sheet before it prints. After printing starts we can't change it.

If your order is delayed

If we can't ship your order within the time we promised, we'll email you a new estimated ship date and give you the choice to cancel for a full refund.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking stalls or your package arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll reprint and reship your order at no cost, or refund you.

Address problems

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll reship it once you confirm the address; a reshipping fee may apply.
